ATCC, a pioneer in biomaterials manufacturing, is seeking a Manager, Lab Operations – Microbiology, to effectively manage ATCC’s Microbiology production and Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) departments.   This people manager will oversee a team of 3 direct reports, 6 MSAT and 14 Bioproduction employees.   MSAT works to develop and implement modern processes and technology in support of manufacturing microbiology products (Bacteriology, Protistology, Mycology, and Molecular biology).   The manager is also responsible for project management and technical oversight of MSAT activities.  This role requires prior leadership and manufacturing experience.  Preferred experience includes transferring microbiology products from R&D into manufacturing.     This onsite position is located at ATCC’s headquarters in Manassas, VA and this is a new role to support our growing production team.  Apply today for immediate consideration and full details.
