We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Scientist to focus on the development of cutting-edge technologies like organoids, cell-based assays, and co-culture systems. Extensive experience with cancer organoid culture systems, with a proven track record in generating organoid models from various tissues is required.
Deep understanding of disease biology and experience applying organoid models in therapeutic or translational research is required.
In this pivotal role, you'll manage and expand ATCC's in vitro capabilities, guiding a talented team to create advanced 3D models for oncology, disease modeling, drug discovery, and regenerative medicine. The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 - $155,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
