ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is hiring 2 Biologists for a new team created to drive harmonization for processes, documentation and training for the bioproduction department and to support the implementation of digital systems, including an ERP.

• Manufacturing Operations: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enhance batch production records for biological materials. Assist with enterprise resource planning software implementation.
• Documentation: Write, edit, and revise production batch records in compliance with good laboratory practices. Identify necessary revisions to SOPs and work instructions. Collect, analyze, and report data with meticulous documentation.
• Continuous Learning and Problem-Solving: Expand knowledge of various cell lines and organisms. Address challenges in alignment with organizational policies. Communicate complex issues effectively in a training environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Prior experience with technical writing, documentation and process improvement highly preferred. 
• Prior experience in biotechnology industry.   
• Hands on laboratory experience and aseptic technique required.
• Attention to detail, specifically with documentation and batch record review.   
• Ability to adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
