ATCC, a leading nonprofit biological resources and standards organization, is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to establish and lead our new training function. In this new role, you’ll build and manage specialists dedicated to analyzing and enhancing our organizational structures and processes. You’ll design and implement impactful training initiatives from the ground up, assess their effectiveness, and ensure our specialists are equipped to deliver engaging and participatory instruction.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and manage key stakeholders while playing a hands-on role in building and enhancing our training and talent development functions. This position requires a strategic leader who can design and implement comprehensive training programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive the development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in stakeholder management, training program development, and talent development, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
