Responsible for orchestrating the comprehensive spectrum of tasks, they adeptly formulate, allocate budgets, and schedule facility enhancements, encompassing thorough assessments of equipment, labor, materials, and associated expenditures. Their purview extends to the coordination of building space allocation, optimized layout strategies, and the seamless integration of communication services, while also spearheading visionary initiatives for facility expansion.
The Senior Manager, Facilities establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. They review objectives to determine success of operation. They are involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. They implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. They Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
