Overview

The Strategy Realization Partner leads the planning and execution of the organization’s most imperative initiatives. They coordinate the activities and work alongside those responsible for achieving project, program, or product milestones. They track utilization of resources and measure benefits, challenges, and learnings for future initiatives.

 

The Strategy Realization Partner partners and leads others cross functionally to the completion of organizational objectives. They exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. They work on complex issues and projects of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

 

This is a direct hire role with hybrid working schedule in Manassas, VA.  The ideal candidate will have an Information Technology background with experience in implementation of new IT systems into existing business processes, preferrably with a consulting background and experience influencing within all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess strategic growth initiatives and assist in the planning and development of the organization’s strategic and long-term planning, growth, and development efforts to secure growth and profitability. Monitor and report on the benefits, challenges, and learnings.
  2. Conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications and ownership of responsibilities, and identify and develop innovative solutions. Drive working sessions to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met.
  3. Collaborate cross functionally to lead the execution of strategic initiatives ensuring a successful delivery of results based on scope of work. Launch the appropriate systems, resources, and tools for execution to enhance capabilities. Determine the appropriate use of internal and external resources.  
  4. Conduct studies on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost containment.
  5. Provide analysis that supports the organization's strategic planning, growth, and development efforts and translate findings into meaningful insights. Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may affect the organization.
  6. Assess market entry options and conduct due diligence on potential new ventures.
  7. Utilize a strong understanding of business process analysis, workforce planning, and operational reviews.
  8. Ensure strategic initiatives are transparent and regularly communicated to Senior Management for alignment and justification. Allow for continuous visibility across all work.
  9. May be responsible for logging and monitoring time and resource utilization for future benchmark and planning.
  10. Provide support for key initiatives, continually seeking ways to add value. Lead the organization with an advisory mindset educating and mentoring others on Strategy Realization methods and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years' experience, including 0-2 years' supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
