    ATCC is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our web/ecommerce team.   Reporting to the Director of Web & ecommerce, the Senior Systems Analyst is a key driver of our digital transformation.   Leveraging your knowledge of web/ecommerce systems you will collaborate with internal team members and business units to facilitate discussions to analyze, validate and document business functionality and system requirements through research and fact-finding. This role will serve as a liaison between business and IT teams in order to maintain the project queue, requirements and execution for new enhancement and resolution of issues.

     

    This position must work and think independently; duties of this position are to be completed under minimal guidance. Discretion in handling assigned responsibilities, including the ability to resolve problems and exercise good judgment while maintaining confidentiality. Functions are to be completed in a timely manner with acceptable quality.

    Responsibilities

    1. Collaborate with business units and Marketing team to gather and define both business and functional requirements for digital projects and enhancements
    2. Act as a point of contact for digital projects and enhancements
    3. Serve as the main point of contact between Marketing, IT and external partners for web/ecommerce development
    4. In consultation with stakeholders create project documentation and mockups as needed to support functional requirements
    5. Conduct and coordinate UAT and quality testing on projects and enhancements
    6. Plan and coordinate details of projects by working closely with marketing, business units and development teams to ensure on time and on budget projects
    7. Provide regular communication and updates to team and stakeholders regarding projects and enhancements
    8. Work with partners/programmers to troubleshoot site problems and test updates
    9. Educate internal teams and advocates best practices and new industry trends and opportunities for increased digital branding, engagement, and sales support
    10. Lead requirements gathering and analysis
    11. Create process flow diagrams to help illustrate complex requirements and concept
    12. Facilitate backlog grooming meetings with team
    13. Communicate significant changes to the website with the appropriate stakeholders before, during and after release 
    14. Other anxcillary duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience: 

     

    Bachelor’s Degree required with five (5) + years of experience in website and eCommerce business operations.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

    • Technical knowledge of web technologies, order processing systems, other software functions related to eCommerce.
    • Well versed Content Management Systems (CMS) and eCommerce systems.
    • Experience using JIRA & Confluence.
    • Self-starter, motivated and takes initiative; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to work collaboratively with all levels of staff to resolve problems and external partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
    • Seek, learn, and apply new skills/knowledge to perform job responsibilities.

    • Position-relevant computer experience including Microsoft Office, web/ecommerce digital systems.
    • Follow all company safety practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and policies.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Life Science industry
    • Understanding of B2B commerce fundamentals (supplier, sales, customer and brand)
    • Master’s degree in business, marketing, MIS or related topics
    • Working knowledge of SiteCore content management system preferred
    • Working knowledge of Insite Commerce system preferred
    • Proficiency with HTML/CSS and writing website content a plus
