    This position must work and think independently; duties of this position are to be completed under minimal guidance.  Discretion in handling assigned responsibilities, including the ability to resolve problems and exercise good judgment while maintaining confidentiality.  Functions are to be completed in a timely manner with acceptable quality.


    1. Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work.
    2. Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis.
    3. Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes to address highly complex business needs.
    4. Process improvement for efficiency of work. Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation through focus groups to chart the current state process, provide root cause analysis, identify hotspots, and capture baseline metrics.
    5. Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) and generate project charters to include the current state process, provide root cause analysis, identify hotspots, and capture baseline metrics.
    6. Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes to include the use of summary statistical procedures.
    7. Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports to clients with ample justification and practical advice.
    8. Develop detailed business and implementation plans to drive small or radical changes that includes developing a future state process to deliver the quantifiable results and identify quick win opportunities.
    9. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
    10. Lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business.
    11. Consults with business partners and external vendors concerning application and implementation of technology.
    12. Coordinates with the EPMO (if necessary) to manage resource constraints for the initiative and to assist the business with management of associated system automation requests.


    Education and Experience:

    • Requires a BS/BA degree, Minimum eight (8) + years experience in business process management, project management, technology deployment, or other similar related experience.
    • Three (3) + years of experience in a large, matrixed, consumer-related organization.
    • Demonstrated experience managing the needs of a large and complex customer base.
    • Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification with proven experience.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and business process management.
    • Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills using MS Excel and statistical software.
    • Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage.
    • Ability to think holistically and to see connections between various projects and tasks.
    • Good business sense.
    • Self-starter, motivated and takes initiative; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to work collaboratively with all levels of staff to resolve problems and external partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.

    • Position-relevant computer experience including Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems software.
    • Follow all company safety practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and policies.

     Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA is a plus.
    • Certified Management Consultant.
    • Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent.
