Founded in 1925, ATCC is a non-profit organization with a mission to acquire, authenticate, preserve, develop, standardize, and distribute biological materials and information for the advancement and application of scientific knowledge.
The Senior Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, long-term sales and marketing strategy aligned with ATCC’s mission, vision, and goals. Specific responsibilities include leading progressive sales and marketing programs that support ATCC’s revenue and growth objectives; monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activities against goals and continuously improving; and implementing new approaches to selling the complete ATCC portfolio (products, services and information) to new and existing customers worldwide.
The incumbent provides leadership, development and oversight to the sales and marketing teams (e-commerce, marketing, and domestic and international sales & distributor management), and is responsible for the fiscal management and budgeting of these programs. He/she actively supports, enforces and complies with all ATCC corporate policies and procedures.
